Great first show. I have a home built in 1926 and the stucco is bulging in some spots and crumbling in others. The paint is pealing in some spots and over the years it looks like it has had a few different patch jobs that match the original finish in varying levels. What is the best approach to get a consistent finish that will hold up for many years?

my husband needs to relocate the main water line that is running from the boiler to the front of the house. we want to move it along the walls as opposed to running in the middle of the room. is this possible and if so what questions should we ask the plumber we interview?
